We can often 'fix' the problem - or provide the necessary part - without having to return the product. Many of our products have manufacturer warranties - so any issue must be reviewed by us before we can establish the proper corrective measures.
A return request must be initiated with 15 days of receipt of your order. Initiating a return is as simple as notifying us by email or phone call. The returned product must be in unused condition - and must be in the original packaging. We cannot accept any return that shows any signs of use. . After we have been notified of your request to return a product, we must receive the product within 15 days from the request.
Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any product that included Custom Printing is not eligible for return.
We do not refund shipping charges. Additionally, if you received Free shipping on you order, the actual shipping expense/charge will be deducted from your refund - unless you place a 'replacement' order.

If you place your order before 12:00 Noon Pacific Time, your order will be shipped on the same day. Orders under 2 pounds are normally shipped using the U.S. Postal Service - and we offer Standard and Expedited options to meet any delivery need.
Orders over 2 pounds are normally shipped Federal Express Ground Service - and, again, upgraded services can be selected during checkout - including Next Day, 2-Day, 2-Day A.M., 3-Day (Super Saver) and Ground Service. (Fedex Ground Service transit times vary from 2 days to 5 days depending on the location)
