Excellent instructional video. Provides a
very comprehensive Pilates workout. Great for beginner to
intermediate level! Instructor provides very clear instruction -
easy to follow. The Toning Balls definitely provide an an added
dimension. Workout flattens abs - and tones arms. No other
equipment needed (other than DVD player!).
